YO!
just finished reading Pride and Prejudice!

It was lovely and, I must say,
details human characteristics with much precision. The similarities of Mr. Darcy
and Elizabeth are inevitable, having exhibited both pride, and of course, prejudice
in their thoughts and actions. This classical story portrays the failure of human
judgement/first impressions, close family ties and the beauty of love as well.
If you are a romantic at heart, then this novel will be fit for you. And if you are
avid reader looking for a classical book with both wit and humor, then this will
also be recommended to you as well.

I also watched the movie prior from reading the book. Out of mere curiosity,
I also checked out the 1995 version (but this one was a series). The series was
more precise(that is, if you are looking for a "sort of" replica of the book presented
in a different form of media) and the movie shows less details, but it fills in the
holes that readers have a somewhat challenging time understanding and visualizing.
Honestly, I liked the movie better. (mostly because of the actors and the actresses

)

I really liked the characteristics of Elizabeth. She is a happy, intellegent, opinionated,
relatable kind of lady who stands up for her beliefs without acting uncivil. I also
fancy the relationship that Darcy has with Elizabeth. It has that mysterious kind of
aura, due respect on both sides(after an argument and explanation), the fact that
proud and wealthy Darcy fell for a lady of "inferior birth", and the understanding
of both to the other.
